Due to work and peer pressure a split or gap between our professional and personal selves can grow: we become one person at work, another at home. This is as true for CEO's and senior management, as it is throughout the corporate world. If emotional and spiritual needs are not acknowledged, this can lead to the development of masks and roles; an inner unhappiness or lack of fulfillment; relationship failure; emotional and spiritual separation or breakdown; and isolation. It is essential that we balance and meet all aspects of our being through honesty, compassion, listening, and inner silence. We believe that the 21st century will be a time of great positive change for the corporate world and the potential for that change comes from within each one of us. When positive change reaches into the corporate world it affects us all! Corporations consist of individuals; given the right tools, they have the power to transform the world for the better. The primary tools we use are Inner Conscious Relaxation (ICR), Silent Space (meditation), Breathing Techniques, and Dialogue.Bringing these practices into the workplace decreases the amount of stress experienced and clears the mind; increases focus and concentration; enhances compassion for others; develops skillful means and new ways to solve problems. By clearing the mind we can transform resistant or non-productive attitudes; increase listening and communication skills; encourage team cooperation; and enhance productivity and creativity. Stress affects workday absenteeism; better health means greater efficiency and a happier workforce.
As confident facilitators, we are known for our insight and clear understanding of the issues that arise in the corporate world. We are unique in being invited into the boardroom to facilitate meetings, as well as taking senior management outside the workplace where we lead group functions, such as annual, biannual and ongoing team meetings. "The most powerful force in business isn't greed, fear or even the raw energy of unbridled competition. The most powerful force in business is love. It is what will help your company grow and become stronger. It is what will propel your career forward. It is what will give you a sense of meaning and satisfaction in your work, which will help you do your best work." - Tim Sanders, Senior Management, Yahoo.com
